The trio combined for 23 points in the first quarter when BK grabbed a 30-6 advantage.Freeman netted a dozen in the first quarter including her 1,000th career point. The sophomore guard connected three times behind the 3-point arc in the contest.Taylor Norris added 13 points for BK (9-0).Saniaa Wilson (5), Kateri Mauer (4), Taia Thornton (4) and Emily Tytler (2) rounded out the scoring for Kearney.Abigail Henry led Chautauqua with eight points. Lauren Alfa had seven points.Bishop Kearney will host East on Tuesday. A 6 PM tipoff is scheduled at Ed Nietopski Gymnasium. After dropping their first four games of the season, the East Eagles have won three straight and will enter Tuesday’s contest with a 5-5 record.
